1. The service

gworldtime is a free web application that displays the current local time, date, and time zone of cities around the world on an interactive 3D globe, together with related informational content. The service is provided by Pitagolas Inc. ("we", "us").

2. Accuracy of time information

We work hard to keep the displayed times accurate: the clock is synchronized to network time and local times are derived from official IANA time zone data. However, time zone and daylight saving rules are set by governments and can change on short notice, and network synchronization can occasionally fail or be delayed.

The Site is provided for general informational convenience only. Do not rely on it as the sole source of time for purposes where an error could cause harm or loss — for example aviation, medical procedures, financial trading deadlines, legal filing deadlines, or exam schedules. Always verify critical times with an authoritative source.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site's data or content by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site;
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, graphics, text, and branding are owned by Pitagolas Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, and you may link to it freely. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission.

Factual data such as the current time and time zone offsets are not subject to copyright.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The Site is supported by advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Advertisements are the responsibility of the respective advertisers, and we do not endorse advertised products or services. Third-party services used by the Site (such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense) are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 9. Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
